Heartbeat - Environment concept art

In a world where evil lurks at every corner, the only way to stay safe is within the care of the "Inukoma". 
This divine beast repels any threat but is incapable of making his heart beat in its own, resorting to let humans live inside of it in exchange for a continuous thumping of his heart.
